ARN has appointed leading media and commercial executive Melinda Jane (MJ) Deluca as Director of Sales – Digital, strengthening its national sales leadership team and underscoring its digital growth strategy.
Deluca brings 13 years of experience across Australia’s media, digital, technology and advertising sectors, spanning agency, platform and sales leadership roles.
Her career includes senior roles at Taboola, Nine and Yahoo, along with agency-side experience, giving her an end-to-end understanding of the market – from planning and activation to scaled digital and platform-led revenue models. Most recently, she was Director of Agency Development at Taboola, where she led strategic partnerships with major holding groups across ANZ.
