It was announced today that Nikki Osborne<\/strong> will be joining the Nova 106.9 Brisbane breakfast team as part of the brand new Ash, Luttsy & Nikki Osborne<\/em><\/strong> show, launching in 2025.<\/p>\n

A popular Australian comedian, television presenter, actor and writer, Nikki will join long-standing Nova Brisbane breakfast announcers Ash Bradnam and David \u201cLuttsy\u201d Lutteral in the breakfast chair from\u00a0Monday, January 20.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Said Nikki on her new role, \u201cI have big flippers to fill but I\u2019m confident Brisbane will warm to my ways. Sure, I get in trouble a bit, but I\u2019ve got two big brothers in Ash and Luttsy and I have no doubt they\u2019ll steer me even further off course! I love Brisbane. I grew up here and I look forward to having a good laugh with our listeners in this amazing city.\u201d<\/p>\n

Said Ash and Luttsy, \u201cWe\u2019re excited to welcome Nikki aboard and join us for breakfast every morning. A Brissie local whose experience in the entertainment industry is second-to-none, we know Nikki will be an awesome addition to the team.\u201d<\/p>\n

A highly regarded member of the Australian entertainment industry, Nikki\u2019s experience as a sketch comedy veteran, writer, trained actor and stand-up comedian spans the past two decades.<\/p>\n

A popular social media presence, Nikki\u2019s characters like \u2018Angry Aunt\u2019 and the hugely popular \u2018Bush Barbie\u2019 have earned her a large following and tens of millions of views.<\/p>\n

Nikki\u2019s comedy credentials have earned her regular cast roles in sketch comedy television series including Mick Molly\u2019s\u00a0The Nation<\/em>, Peter Helliar\u2019s\u00a0How to Stay Married<\/em>\u00a0and as narrator on the AACTA-nominated comedy series,\u00a0Drunk History<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Nikki has appeared as a guest on television shows including\u00a0Hughesy, We Have a Problem<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0I\u2019m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here\u00a0<\/em>and competed in the 2024 season of\u00a0Dancing with the Stars,<\/em>\u00a0making it through to the grand final.<\/p>\n

She also hosted game show\u00a0Quizmania<\/em>\u00a0and lifestyle show\u00a0Find Me a Dream Home\u00a0<\/em>and as a trained actor, Nikki\u2019s credits include starring as Delvene Delaney in the Paul Hogan miniseries\u00a0Hoges: The Paul Hogan Story.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nikki\u2019s stand-up comedy credits include performing at the Sydney Opera House for four seasons of television stand-up series\u00a0Just for Laughs<\/em>. Her boundary-crossing live stand-up show\u00a0Bad Barbie\u00a0<\/em>also received accolades both locally and internationally, and she performed the sold-out show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2023.<\/p>\n
