With&nbsp;<strong><em>Ben Fordham Live<\/em><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;(2GB) and&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><em>Breakfast with Ross and Russ<\/em><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;(3AW) dominating the brekky battle<\/strong>, Nine Radio has firmly cemented its grip on the two most competitive markets in Australian radio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This surge is reflected nationwide, with&nbsp;<strong>total listeners up 5% on Survey 1 and 8% year-on-year<\/strong>.
