Triple M Central Queensland is waking up to a brand-new Breakfast show with Pinky & Macca <\/em><\/strong>on-air across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new addition to the show, Matthew \u201cMacca\u201d McDonald<\/strong> brings high energy, a \u201cmedically diagnosed\u201d enthusiasm, and an infectious optimism to Triple M listeners across Central Queensland, a station spanning from Rockhampton to Mount Murchison to Gladstone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macca began in community radio in Port Stephens before moving to SCA\u2019s Hit Network Fraser Coast in 2023, he quickly made his mark as a vibrant on-air personality. Now, Macca\u2019s ready to deliver the perfect mix of local content, sport, comedy, and greatest hits to Triple M\u2019s loyal audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Macca\u2019s joined by Pinky Neven<\/strong>, celebrating a decade on Triple M Breakfast this year. A much-loved voice in Central Queensland, Pinky has built a reputation for being community-minded, supporting local charities and schools, as well as fronting regional events. Her strong local connection and authenticity make her one of the region\u2019s most trusted broadcasters. The duo\u2019s new show, which launched 11 August, has begun with undeniable energy across Central Queensland\u2019s airwaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McDonald <\/strong>said:\u201dIt\u2019s been a great first couple of weeks getting to know the loyal Triple M listeners and working alongside the absolute legend of a human that is Pinky.
