A study conducted for Gidget Foundation Australia found as many as one in five (21%) parents have experienced perinatal mental health symptoms and have not sought professional help. &nbsp;<em>1 in 5 Mothers, 1 in 10 Fathers<\/em>&nbsp;helps bridge the gap by empowering listeners with knowledge, compassion, and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This season introduces new voices and stories, including Paralympian and media personality&nbsp;<strong>Ellie Cole<\/strong>, The Wiggles\u2019&nbsp;<strong>Caterina Mete<\/strong>, and TikTok personalities&nbsp;<strong>Georgia Sian<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Zac Norris<\/strong>.
