The ACMA has recently released a report which sheds light on LPON ‘use it or lose it’ conditions following recent interpretations and decisions by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). The AAT’s decisions provides insights into the concepts of ‘commencement of service’,’reasonable regularity’ and ‘record keeping’ in the context of the UIOLI conditions. ANRA is continuing to advocate for change with respect to UIOLI but, in the meantime, we encourage all members to carefully read the ACMA report and to familiarise themselves with ACMA requiremnets for LPON operators.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
