This marks the fifth time the WSFM stars have won the coveted title, taking home the award in 2012, 2014, 2019, and 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben Fordham<\/strong>, the voice behind 2GB\u2019s Sydney breakfast show, was honoured as\u00a0<strong>Individual Talent of the Year (Metro)<\/strong>\u00a0in recognition of his outstanding impact on Australian radio. He also took home the Best Talk Presenter (Metro) award for the second consecutive year.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Kyle &amp; Jackie O Hour of Power<\/em>\u00a0(ARN)\u00a0<\/strong>continued its dominance, winning Best Networked Show, while Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne of\u00a0<em>Life Uncut<\/em>\u00a0were awarded Podcast Host(s) of the Year for their candid conversations that have captured audiences across Australia.<\/p>\n<p>CRA Chief Executive Officer Lizzie Young praised the winners, saying, \u201cThese awards recognise the talent, passion, and creativity that drive the audio industry forward. From impactful local news to engaging entertainment, the ACRA winners are setting the bar for excellence in Australian radio and audio.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The prestigious Gudinski Award for Australian Music Champion was presented to\u00a0<em>Triple M Homegrown with Matty O<\/em>\u00a0(SCA). Honouring the late Michael Gudinski, the award celebrates outstanding contributions to Australian music, and Matty O\u2019s dedication to showcasing local talent has made\u00a0<em>Triple M Homegrown<\/em>\u00a0a key platform for artists.<\/p>\n<p>The podcasting world also celebrated major wins, with\u00a0<em>Hannah\u2019s Story<\/em>\u00a0(9Podcasts, Nine Radio) named Podcast of the Year.
