The instrument was due to sunset in October.<\/p>\n<p>On 19 September 2024, after considering submissions to the consultation, we made the <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/acma.cmail19.com\/t\/d-l-euliitl-tlhiuitutu-i\/\">Radiocommunications (Allocation of Transmitter Licences &#8211; High Power Open Narrowcasting Licences) Determination 2024<\/a>. This replaces the previous determination.<\/p>\n<p>You can now access the outcome and submissions on the consultation page.
