Today marks an incredible 20 years of consecutive ratings wins for Australia\u2019s most awarded, successful and versatile radio broadcaster, Ray Hadley \u2013 one of the longest winning streaks of all time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Survey 4 of Radio360 ratings saw\u00a0The Ray Hadley Morning Show record a 16.4 share, up 1.1 points<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 further demonstrating Hadley\u2019s position as one of Australia\u2019s most popular and respected broadcasters.<\/p>\n

On his 20-year milestone,\u00a0Ray Hadley<\/strong>\u00a0said: \u201cA lot has happened personally and professionally over the past 20 years. My now adult children were children themselves when this journey started and now they have provided me with 7 wonderful grandchildren \u2013 those little ones usurp any commercial success.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cA wise old broadcaster once told me: \u2018Be yourself, get in before anyone else and work public holidays\u2019. The formula seems to have worked.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy thanks to my wife Sophie for her total loyalty, and love to John Singleton for having faith in me all those years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

Managing Director of Nine Radio,\u00a0Tom Malone<\/strong>\u00a0said: \u201cThis is an extraordinary achievement. It all comes down to Ray\u2019s work ethic and his commitment to his listeners.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Hadley\u2019s unbeaten streak started in Survey 4, 2004 and he remains the most decorated radio host in Australian Commercial Radio Award (ACRA) history, with a stunning 34 awards.<\/p>\n

He was inducted into the ACRA Hall of Fame in 2017 and honoured with the special Country Music Capital Award for his passionate and sustained support and promotion of Australian country music at the 52nd Golden Guitar Awards.<\/p>\n

After 19 successful years broadcasting at 2UE, Hadley joined 2GB in late 2001 and on 4th March 2002, The Ray Hadley Morning Show first went to air. Hadley is also the founding member of The Continuous Call Team (CCT).<\/p>\n

Hadley\u2019s passion for sport broadcasting has seen him cover 98 State of Origins, 34 Rugby League Grand Finals, three Rugby World Cups, and will this year be Nine Radio\u2019s lead commentator for his seventh Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
