Blending pop culture, entertainment and candid conversation, While We Have You<\/strong> takes the stories dominating headlines, social feeds and group chats and turns them into funny, honest and highly relatable discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Releasing every Thursday, each episode of While We Have You<\/strong> starts with the biggest celebrity news, reality TV scandals and viral moments of the week, before following the conversation wherever it naturally leads. A celebrity breakup becomes a debate about modern relationships. A reality TV betrayal opens up questions about loyalty and friendship. A viral moment leads to somewhere more honest, personal and unexpected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part entertainment debriefs, part cultural commentary and part group chat, While<\/strong> We Have You<\/strong> offers listeners a fresh perspective on the stories they\u2019re already talking about and brings together three distinct voices and personalities that the country fell in love with on the latest season of Channel 10\u2019s The Traitors Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking about launching the podcast, Alex Nation<\/strong> said: \u201cI am SO excited to be joining the iHeart family with While We Have You<\/em>, which feels like a very natural progression for someone who has spent the better part of a decade talking about her life publicly.  Kirb, Tully and I basically became friends through The Traitors, which is objectively a strange foundation for a friendship considering the entire premise was lying, deceiving and questioning everyone around you. But somehow, we clicked, it worked ad now we\u2019ve decided the obvious next step is to put the three of us behind microphones and just see what happens.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat I love most about While We Have You<\/em> is that there really isn\u2019t a script for where the conversation will go. We\u2019re curious, we\u2019re opinionated, we\u2019re not afraid to challenge each other, and I have absolutely no problem asking the question everyone else is thinking but is too polite to say out loud!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kirby Bentley<\/strong> added: \u201cAnyone who knows me knows I\u2019ve never exactly struggled to ask the obvious, and sometimes uncomfortable question, so giving me a microphone every week with While We Have You<\/em> feels both exciting and mildly irresponsible. Getting to do this with Tully and Alex is going to be so much fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBetween the three of us, there\u2019s no shortage of opinions, curiosity or oversharing, so I have a feeling we\u2019re about to have some very honest, very unfiltered, and hopefully very entertaining conversations. And after spending so much time convincing people not to trust me, being faithful to Tully and Alex every week might just be the easiest job I\u2019ve ever had.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tully Smyth<\/strong> said: \u201c<\/em>Kirby, Alex and I are all reality TV veterans, so we\u2019re very comfortable oversharing, having strong opinions and occasionally saying things we probably should have kept in the group chat.  As a journalist, I\u2019ve also spent the last 13 years turning my life into content, trauma dumping on the internet, workshopping my problems in public and asking questions that are probably none of my business. So, podcasting feels like a fairly natural habitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe best part is that the three of us are genuinely curious about each other and about people. One conversation always leads to another, which is really the whole idea behind While We Have You<\/em>. I have a feeling it\u2019s going to be funny, very honest, occasionally chaotic and probably cheaper than therapy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
