This role is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, banking, payments, invoicing, financial reporting, and compliance. This is a busy but rewarding role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years&#8217; demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and administration. Have a strong understanding of compliance in a community organisation setting. Will have effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve objectives independently and within a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People from Indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and people with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A commitment to 3CR\u2019s mission, values, and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3 years&#8217; proven experience in a similar role within a community organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of nonprofit finance and compliance standards, including preparation of documents for external auditors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills to collaborate across diverse communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Salesforce, MYOB, and Microsoft 365.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/static.ethicaljobs.com.au\/media\/1760052319_qJRfi_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A position description is attached here<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications close 11:59 PM AEDT, Sunday 26th Oct 2025<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the organisation 3CR Community Radio&nbsp;provides a media space enabling progressive communities to voice ideas and build their power to create social change. 3CR acknowledges that we broadcast from lands stolen from the Kulin Nation, and sovereignty has never been ceded.
