{"id":1883,"date":"2025-10-08T06:02:46","date_gmt":"2025-10-07T19:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/radioindustrynews.com.au\/?p=1883"},"modified":"2025-10-08T06:02:46","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T19:02:46","slug":"2025-cbaa-notice-of-annual-general-meeting-now-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/radioindustrynews.com.au\/index.php\/2025\/10\/08\/2025-cbaa-notice-of-annual-general-meeting-now-available\/","title":{"rendered":"2025 CBAA Notice of Annual General Meeting now available"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"PageTitleH1\">2025 CBAA Notice of AGM<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2025 CBAA Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting on Friday, 24 October 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting will be held at the Centurion 1 room, Crowne Plaza Hobart, 110 Liverpool Street Hobart, Tasmania and online at:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4:00pm ACDT \u2013 South Australia\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3:30pm AEST &#8211; Queensland\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4:30pm AEDT \u2013 NSW, ACT, Victoria and Tasmania\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3:00pm ACST \u2013 Northern Territory\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1:30pm AWST \u2013 Western Australia\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Formal notice of meeting has been distributed to CBAA Members and is available\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/higherlogicdownload.s3.amazonaws.com\/CBAA\/f91521e2-cb7a-4f99-8ca0-552342c290f7\/UploadedImages\/Documents\/Governance\/Notice_of_CBAAs_Annual_General_Meeting_2025_final__4_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CBAA has appointed Vero Voting who are an independent voting and AGM service to manage the AGM. The Vero Voting AGM portal will allow members to view the AGM, direct vote and ask questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice of meeting includes an explanatory memorandum and the list of nominees for the CBAA Board and their information, and initial information on how to use the Vero Voting AGM and voting portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AGM registration will open to the official representatives of CBAA members on or about Tuesday, 14 October 2025.
