In what is genuinely an \u2018end of an era\u2019 moment, Smallzy will sign-off one last time from Smallzy\u2019s Surgery<\/em> at the end of this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The numbers speak for themselves with the Surgery<\/em> dominating its timeslot, having spent over 13 years and 92 surveys as the #1 choice for Australians.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Smallzy\u2019s Surgery<\/em> effectively invented the format in this country and, year after year, listeners have come to Nova FM every weekday evening for a unique take on pop culture, music news and celebrity gossip. All of this has been underpinned by the relationships Smallzy has built, and the unparalleled access he enjoys to the world\u2019s biggest stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A word from the man himself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe time has come to hang up the headphones in Smallzy\u2019s Surgery. What a ride. I\u2019m so proud to have been part of the Nova network since the beginning. When I started the show, I never would have imagined getting to do the things I have done, from celebrity interviews, to Nova\u2019s Red Room and travelling the globe covering the biggest events. They\u2019ve all made the show something very, very special.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thank you to everyone who\u2019s been part of the show, including the wider NOVA team behind the scenes.
