The ABC and the AFL are delighted to announce an extension of\u00a0our partnership for audio rights to the AFL and AFLW for the next 3 years while launching the ABC\u2019s 2025\u00a0season\u00a0coverage plans.<\/p>\n
The agreement will provide audiences with live audio coverage of every AFL match and select AFLW matches for the next 3 years across ABC local radio and on ABC listen.<\/p>\n
In 2025, retired AFL umpire \u2018Razor\u2019 Ray Chamberlain will join our Saturday Afternoon coverage to give his unique take on all things umpiring with former Hawk and Port Adelaide player Chad Wingard joining us as an expert across the season.<\/p>\n
Returning this year are Corbin Middlemas, Clint Wheeldon, Quentin Hull, Matt Clinch, Ben Cameron, Brett Sprigg, Mitch Turner, Aaron Bryans, Chris Rowbottom and Lauren Bordin to provide play by play coverage of every AFL game.<\/p>\n
Hosted by Corbin Middlemas, Ben Cameron and Poppy Penny joined by Paul Roos, AFL Daily will bring you your daily dose of AFL conversation with context and depth beyond the headlines.\u00a0The program kicked off on Monday 3 March covering all the news from pre-season preparations and coverage throughout the premiership season to the grand final in September.<\/p>\n
